Delivery and Returns
All orders will be processed on receipt and despatched as promptly as possible. If, for any reason, an item is unavailable we will be sure to contact you directly. We work hard to keep delivery charges competitive and you will be able to select your preferred delivery method/tariff during checkout.
For Mainland UK (England, Wales & parts of Scotland – excluding Highlands & Islands) our charges are:-

Due to the extra cost incurred by us, delivery to customers in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and Isle Of Man will be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us for details before placing your order.
As soon as your order has been despatched we will let you know via email. Courier will vary and will be dependent on the size and weight of those items ordered.
All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. In the event that no one is available to sign for your parcel, our courier will try again before leaving advice on contacting your nearest depot and the arrangement of subsequent collection or re-delivery
Please be aware that a change of delivery details or arrangement of a weekend delivery date will incur additional charges. If your parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected within a time period, it will be returned to us. We will systematically refund the cost of items originally ordered, but may have to deduct any charges incurred by us in the process.
Every effort will be made to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
If you are in receipt of faulty or damaged goods you should let us know immediately. Returns should otherwise be made within 14 days of receipt. Any products concerned should, of course, be unused and in their original packaging, wrapped as securely as possible. Insured, Recorded Delivery and the obtainment of proof of postage is recommended since we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible using your original method of payment. Please note that we can only reimburse the cost of initial delivery if its contents were imperfect or faulty.
