All of our medical, prescription only products need to be supported by a prescription which our Director of Medicine, Dr Timothy Beazleigh, oversees. We also liaise regularly with all representatives from our product brands and are therefore totally confident that we can guarantee the authenticity of all of our products.

All orders for Obagi, Jan Marini and Neostrata products via the My Health My Beauty website which contain prescription products, are supported by a telephone consultation by one of our medically qualified practitioners to assess that the customer is a viable candidate for the relevant product. Only after this telephone consultation has taken place and the practitioner satisfied that there would be no potential issues following use of the product, is the product despatched.

My Health My Beauty is linked to Melior Clinics a highly regarded facial aesthetics and skin care clinic, which is very much doctor-lead and well known within the industry, with clinics in Harley Street, Richmond, Sevenoaks, Cambridgeshire, Reading, Huntingdon, Peterborough and Stamford. As such, we are able to bulk purchase products and pass these discounts to our clients.


If products are faulty or damaged we will offer a replacement or refund. Please return the product with its original packaging stating the reason for return. We will also refund postage costs. If you have tried the product and are unhappy with the results, then please contact us via email to ensure that you are using the correct and appropriate product for your skin's needs. It is also imperative that you follow the directions given.

Some of the products we sell may have temporary side-effects for some people and these are usually resolved after a few weeks of use. We offer advice by e-mail if you need help choosing the right products before you buy, alternatively you are welcome to visit one of our nine clinics for a free of charge, no obligation consultation with one of our highly experienced aesthetic practitioners and skin care experts.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or replace products that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons. We will not refund against any product that you have shown sensitivity to. Please ensure when ordering make up, the colour you choose is correct as the product cannot be returned once opened.
